About Our Founder
Rita Bhardwaj is one of the founding members of the company. A graduate in Economics from University of Malaya, she also has an MBA from University of Bath (UK). Started as a Management Trainee in Nestle (a Swiss MNC) and then moved to Loreal, the French number one Hair care and Cosmetics company in the world. Rita was a General Manager and her last role in Loreal was Regional Manager for Redken for South East Asia. She brought her experience and passion for hair care products and her understanding of marketing, technical and sales when she started the brand Attiva.
