  • How do I know the type of ingredients in your product?
    This information is on the back of the label which can be seen when you click on the product. The ingredients and formula has been approved by the Ministry of Health.
  • Are the shampoos SLES free?
    Yes. All shampoos are SLES (Sodium Laureth Sulfate) free and therefore gentle to scalp and hands.
  • What can I do to get more advice or product information?
    You may visit the "Product Page" section, or contact Attiva customer services at attivapro@gmail.com with your questions.
  • How do I place an order?
    Buying Attiva products is now easy, convenient and secure. Select the product you want to purchase and follow the steps below: Step 1: Register 1 or log in your account / check out as guest. Step 2: To add items to your cart, click on 'Add to Cart' with your desired quantity. Step 3: To review your items, click on the 'Cart' icon located at the upper right corner of the page. Step 4: if you have an applicable 'Promo Code', enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code. Step 5: Click on ‘Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review. Step 6: Fill in your Personal Details, Delivery Address, then select your preferred Payment Option, then click on ‘Continue’ to proceed with the payment. Step 7: You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
  • Can I track my order status?
    Once your order has been confirmed, you will be sent an order confirmation summary by e-mail. This contains the following information: Order date List of items ordered Total amount of the order Once your following items have been shipped out , a second e-mail will be sent to you. This contains the following information: Order date List of items ordered Total amount of the order Assigned Dispatch Order ID/Tracking No If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, (and you've checked your spam), it may be that your order has not been acknowledged. To check your order status, please contact us by e-mail attivapro@gmail.com.
  • Do you have Free Shipping?
    We offer Free Shipping on all orders over RM200 for West Malaysia and RM300 for Sabah & Sarawak as well RM400 for Singapore.
  • Can I change/ cancel an order after I've placed it?
    We're pretty fast at picking and packing your order, therefore we're not able to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed. At this time, we do not offer returns. or exchanges. If you're unhappy with your order, please contact our customer service at attivapro@gmail.com.
  • I received the wrong items/ defective/ damaged. What do I do?
    If your products are damaged, please contact our customer service at attivapro@gmail.com. We're here to assist you and ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Our team will guide you through the process of addressing the issue and finding a suitable solution for your damaged products. If we have sent the wrong product, we will offer an exchange.
